What is 2Gbps broadband?
2Gbps broadband means internet speeds of up to 2 gigabits per second – that’s 2,000Mbps, around twenty times faster than a typical 100Mbps connection. Roadrunner is HomeNet’s 2Gbps full fibre broadband service and Jersey’s first 2Gbps residential broadband. It runs on HomeNet’s own independent fibre network in Jersey and is symmetrical, so you get up to 2Gbps download and up to 2Gbps upload. There’s no landline needed and no data cap.

All you need is to be a HomeNet customer and a suitable router that can withstand the technology and speed. Our Customer Services Team will advise you about this.
Can I upgrade from my existing HomeNet broadband?
If you are already a HomeNet customer, then yes, you can. Simply contact our Customer Services Team and they will arrange everything for you.
How fast is Roadrunner broadband?
Roadrunner delivers speeds of up to 2Gbps (2,000Mbps) download and up to 2Gbps upload over HomeNet’s own independent full fibre network in Jersey. It’s Jersey’s first 2Gbps residential broadband service.
How much does 2Gbps broadband cost in Jersey?

Is Roadrunner available in Guernsey?
Roadrunner is currently available in Jersey only. In Guernsey, HomeNet offers fibre broadband with speeds of up to 1Gbps.
Do I need a landline for Roadrunner?
No. Like all HomeNet broadband, Roadrunner works without a landline, so you only pay for the internet you use.
Will I get 2Gbps on every device?
2Gbps is the total speed coming into your home, shared across all your devices. A single device can reach the highest speeds when it’s connected by cable to a multi-gig Ethernet port; over WiFi, speeds depend on your devices and router. Our Customer Services Team will help you set up for the best results.
Is there a data limit on Roadrunner?
No. Roadrunner comes with unlimited data.
