Do I need a landline for HomeNet broadband?
No. Our fibre broadband works without a landline number, so you only pay for the internet you actually use.
Can I take my broadband with me when I move?
Yes. Tell us your new address and we will move your broadband to your new home.
How do I switch to HomeNet?
Switching from JT or Sure is easy. Choose your package and fill in our online application, then tell us the account number and phone number you have with your current provider. That’s it – we’ll take care of everything with your old provider and keep you updated along the way.
