Customer Declaration

I/We are over 18 years of age and have read the Terms & Conditions and specifications that apply to and govern this contract and sign with full knowledge of them. I/We also understand that I/we may be liable for any costs incurred by HomeNet in connection with the provision of HomeNet Broadband - if I/we cancel this order before the service commences. New customers may be required to pay a connection fee on signup and must agree to pay by Direct Debit. You will receive your invoice on the 1st of the month, the Direct Debit will be claimed within 15 working days, so please ensure that funds are available in your account or your service may be suspended. In addition, all customers where we provide/loan them a router, must accept that they will return the router to us should they cancel their services with us. Should customers fail to return the router or if the router is returned in an unusable/ not new condition without all the wires and boxes, then we reserve the right to apply a fee/charge against their account/final invoice.
